You can access this page by navigating to Account > Subscription & Billing in the menu on the left.
Current Plan
At the top of the page, you’ll see the subscription plan your account is currently on. This includes the associated monthly media spend under that plan.
Billing Information
This section contains your account billing details:
Payment Plan | The type of subscription or pricing model currently active. |
Billing Email | The email address used to receive invoices. |
Payment Method | The payment method used (e.g. credit card, direct debit). |
You can update this information via the “Update Billing Information” button in the top-right corner of this block.
Invoices
This section lists all invoices associated with your account.
Here you can:
Download invoices
Search by invoice number or date
Filter by billing period
Under the Status column, you can see whether an invoice is marked as paid or open.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don’t I see any subscriptions or invoices?
There could be several reasons:
Your account doesn’t have an active subscription yet.
There was a temporary loading error.
You don’t have permission to view this section.
How do I update my billing details?
Click the “Update Billing Information” button in the Billing Information section.
Can I download past invoices?
Yes, all available invoices are listed in the Invoices section. Use the search bar to quickly find a specific invoice.
