Do you want a marketing agency to have access to your Billy Grace account? Follow the steps below.
It can be beneficial to add your current or new agency to Billy Grace. As the new source of truth for your marketing results, you want all marketeers that are involved in your business to have access to Billy Grace.
Agency / Partner ID
In order to give a new marketing agency access to your account, they will need to share their Agency / Partner ID.
The Billy Grace partner can find their unique ID in the partner dashboard (only accessible by partners). They can find it in the top left corner below their company name:
Invite the partner
When your agency has shared their ID, it is time to navigate to Management -> User management.
Select “Agency Management” and click on “Invite Agency”
On the next step, paste the Agency ID and select: “Grant Access To The Agency”
The agency now has access to your account.
