Navigate to: Account → Profile & Security in the menu on the left.
Personal Details
This tab allows you to view and edit your personal profile information.

Don’t forget to click Save Changes to apply any updates.
Security
In this tab, you can add an extra layer of security to your account.
Step 1: Click set up 2FA
In the Two-Factor Authentication section, click the green "Set Up 2FA" button.
This will open a prompt with a QR code and a field for entering your code.
Step 2: Open your Authenticator app
Use any Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) app, such as:
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
Authy
Then scan the QR code shown on the screen.
Step 3: Enter the one-time code
Your app will now display a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
Enter this code into the form field and confirm setup.
Once validated, 2FA will be successfully enabled for your account.
Next time you log in:
You'll be asked to enter your usual password and a 6-digit verification code from your authenticator app.
Lost access to your authenticator:
If you no longer have access to your device, please contact Billy Grace Support to restore access.
