Before you can start using Billy Grace to your advantage, you will need to connect your marketing channels. The following steps will enable Billy Grace to successfully import your data.
Navigate to settings - Integrations
Make sure you are signed in to the right channel accounts you want Billy Grace to give access to and that you have admin rights.
Additionally, it is necessary to accept all permissions during the authorizations.
Click the Connect button per channel and follow the required steps. When the authorization is complete, you can select the right account ID. You can also change this later by clicking on the edit button next to the ID fields.
Marketing channels
Click on the Connect button to authenticate Google Ads and Google Analytics. If you encounter any issues during the authentication process, ensure that the Google Ads account has the required admin permissions. This is essential for establishing a successful connection.

In the next step, you can choose the right account: For advanced setups, you can add a Manager Account (MCC) through the integration settings. This allows increased flexibility when managing multiple ad accounts.
To maintain a stable connection, ensure that your Google Ads account(s) contain active campaigns and that the account has admin permissions. Admin permissions are critical to avoid authorization issues. If the integration stops working, refresh the connection by checking the account permissions and re-establishing the authorization through the integrations tab.
How to Troubleshoot and Reconnect Google Ads to Billy Grace
If your Google Ads integration in the Billy Grace app has stopped working, follow these steps to troubleshoot and reconnect your account.
Step 1: Verify Administrative Permissions
To connect or reconnect your Google Ads account, ensure the account you use has full admin rights. Navigate to Settings > Account Access in your Google Ads account, and check the role permissions. If necessary, request admin access or use another account with the required rights.
Step 2: Refresh the Connection in Billy Grace
After verifying permissions, open Settings > Integrations in Billy Grace and navigate to the Google Ads card. Select Add Manager Account (MCC) if applicable, and reconnect your account by following the prompts.
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure no permissions are missing in the connected Google Ads account.
Verify you followed the full connection flow to avoid partial setups.
If issues persist, try connecting with a different account that meets the requirements.
Meta
By clicking on the Connect button, you will be redirected to the login page. Or you will see a list of accounts that you have access to.
Please note that Meta requires a re-authentication every two months. Two weeks before the end date of the access token, you will receive an in-app notification to re-authenticate.
Furthermore, Meta updates spend data in the API with a delay of up to 3 days, so slight changes may occur in the most recent days.
By clicking on the Connect button, you will be redirected to Pinterest and see this message:
Click on 'Give access' to finish the process.
TikTok
By clicking on the Connect button, you will be redirected to TikTok. Showing the selected account and the access that you will give to Billy Grace. It is best to leave everything checked. Click confirm to finish the process.
Bing
By clicking on the Connect button, you will be redirected to Microsoft Ads. Sign in with the right ad account and complete the steps.
Click on the Connect button and sign in to the LinkedIn account that is connected to the business ad manager.

Select the right account ID.
Snapchat
To integrate Snapchat, click on Connect and sign in with your email address/username and password. Next step is to select the ad account(s) you would like to connect.
To integrate Reddit, click on Connect and sign in with your email address/username and password. Next step is to select the ad account(s) you would like to connect.
DV360
By clicking on the button to connect DV360, the following pop-up will be shown:
For Billy Grace to work, please provide all access rights:
After doing so, you will be able to select one (or multiple) DV360 partners.
CM 360
By clicking on the button to connect CM360, the following pop-up will be shown:
For Billy Grace to work, please provide all access rights:
After doing so, you will be able to select one (or multiple) CM 360 Ads accounts.
Criteo
By clicking on the Connect button for Criteo, you will be redirected to the pop-up below. To connect Criteo, fill in your email address and password.
Outbrain
By clicking on the Connect button for Outbrain, you will be redirected to the pop-up below. To obtain an access token, fill in your email address and password.
MNTN
Click on the Connect button for MNTN. Now, a pop-up screen will be shown:
Please provide your MNTN access token and save the token to integrate MNTN with Billy Grace.
Xandr
Click on the Connect button for Xandr. Now, a pop-up screen will be shown:
The user should have at least the following roles: Network Admin (Invest Only).
Fill in the username and the password of your Xandr account and press Authorize. This username and password will not be saved in our database; it will only be used to generate the access token.
A new pop-up will be shown, and you can select one or multiple accounts and press confirm:
X Ads
Click on the Connect button for X Ads. Now, a pop-up screen will be shown:
In this pop-up, you need to log in with your credentials or your Google or Apple account.
The user should have at least the following role: Account Administrator
.
After logging in, you need to authorize the app when pressing the blue button, as shown in the screenshot below.
A new pop-up will be shown, and you can select one or multiple accounts and press confirm:
Adform
To integrate Adform, sign in with your email address/username and password and select the ad account(s) you would like to connect.
Channable
To connect Channable, please provide your feed URL and project ID and press confirm.
You will be asked to specify the corresponding fields (see screenshot below). After this, press Save Data to authorize Channable.
E-commerce platform
Billy Grace has multiple integrations with various e-commerce stores (for Shopify see below). Start by selecting the correct E-Commerce system and follow the specific steps.

Fill in the Shopify URL and click on the Authorize button. You can find your Shopify URL in Shopify - Settings.
