While Billy Grace’s automations are designed to allocate budgets efficiently and responsibly, this limit ensures that your spending will never exceed the threshold you define.

Get started

In your Automations dashboard, you’ll find two tabs:

  • All Automations

  • Settings

On the Settings tab, you’ll see a field called Maximum Daily Budget:

How it works

This value acts as a hard individual cap for all automations within your account. No automation rule or setting can exceed this limit. Even if an automation is set to a higher daily budget, the system will automatically respect your defined maximum.

Note: This doesn’t change how your automations optimize spending, it simply ensures there’s an upper limit as a safeguard.

Default values

When the feature is first released, your Maximum Daily Budget will be automatically set based on your existing automations.

How is my Maximum Daily Budget set by default:

  1. Billy Grace identifies the automation with the highest daily budget.

  2. It adds 25% to that budget.

  3. That number is rounded up to the nearest thousand.

  4. The rounded number becomes your initial Maximum Daily Budget.

  5. If you don't have any automations set up yet, your Maximum Daily Budget will be set at €10,000.

Examples:

  • Highest daily budget = €750 → Maximum = €1,000

  • Highest daily budget = €1,000 → Maximum = €2,000

  • Highest daily budget = €2,325 → Maximum = €3,000

  • Highest daily budget = €2,830 → Maximum = €4,000

This value is not dynamic, meaning it won’t change automatically over time. However, you can update it yourself at any moment from the Settings tab.
