Billy Grace will get a refreshed layout and navigation. The redesign covers the sidebar, menus, input controls and Quin, and adds a dark mode option. Your data, reports, automations and permissions will not change, only how you move around the platform has.
Why it matters?
The new layout groups pages more logically, so you spend less time hunting for the right screen. A calmer, data first design gives your numbers and charts more room. Quin will have a sidebar and fullscreen view, so you can work next to your dashboards or focus on longer answers. Dark mode lets you match the platform to your own preference.
The redesign touches five areas: the sidebar, the account menu, Quin, Support and dark mode. Each is covered below.
Account menu
You'll be able to click your client or workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the account menu. From here you can:
Switch between clients, if you manage more than one
Toggle between Light and Dark mode
Open My account settings
Sign out
Your profile settings and appearance options will sit together in this one menu.
Sidebar navigation
Pages are going to be grouped in the left sidebar, so related pages sit together. You can expand Analytics or Automation to reach their sub-pages.
Quin views
When Quin is enabled for your account, you can use the options menu in the Quin header to switch between three views:
Sidebar, best when you want to work next to your dashboards
Fullscreen, for longer answers that need more space
Compact window, for quick questions
Support
Live chat will sit under Support in the sidebar footer, at the bottom left. Currently, it's a floating bubble in the bottom right corner. The same team will answer your questions either way.
Dark mode
Switch between light and dark appearance from the account menu. Click your client name at the top of the sidebar, then select Appearance and choose Dark.

FAQ
Will my data or reports change?
No. Your data, permissions, automations and integrations will remain the same, and your plan will not change.
Where is Channel performance going to be?
After the redesign is released, you can find Channel Performance under the Analytics tab.
Where will my automations be?
After the redesign is released, you can find Automations under the Automation tab.
Why do some screens look different?
We will update the visual design across the platform. Buttons, filters and forms will work the same as before, they'll just look more consistent.
How will I be able to switch to dark mode?
Click your client name at the top of the sidebar, then go to Appearance and select Dark.
