The Target Tracker in Billy Grace lets you set and monitor performance goals, whether that’s a certain ROAS for Meta campaigns, revenue from channels, or orders during promo season.

Set targets that match your KPIs, track if you’re meeting them, and quickly share progress with your team.

Get Started

Head to the Target Tracked dashboard:

Create a New Target

Click the “Set New Target” button to open the creation form.
You’ll see several sections:

1. Target Details

  • Name your target (e.g. Weekly Meta ROAS)

  • Choose:

    • Goal (e.g. add_to_cart or purchase)

    • Metric (e.g. ROAS or CPA)

    • Value: the numeric target you want to reach

2. Channel / Campaign Selection

Decide where this target should apply:

  • All channels

  • Paid channels only

  • A specific channel (e.g. Meta, Google)

  • One or more campaigns (selected from the list)

You can choose either a channel or campaign(s), not both.

3. Attribution Settings

Tailor how your target should be tracked:

  • Attribution Model: Last Click, MTA, or UMM

  • Attribution Window: 1 day, 7-days, 30-days, or unlimited

  • Attribution Mode: Session Date or Event Date

4. Period Selection

You can track your target in two ways:

  • Recurring period:

    • Weekly or Monthly

    • Set the start date

  • Custom date range:

    • Useful for campaigns or promotions running within a fixed period

Once everything’s filled in, hit “Set Target”

Track Your Targets

Once created, your targets will appear as target cards in your dashboard.

Each card shows:

  • The name of the target

  • The goal, metric, and period

  • Whether you're on track, behind, or have hit your goal

You can see if you’re on track, exceeding your goal, or need to take action.

The following color system has been used for quick interpretation:

  • 🟢 Green: You're on track

  • 🔴 Red: You're not on track

  • 🟠 Orange: You're within 5% of achieving the target

  • Fully Green Card: Target has been achieved

For recurring targets, you can view historical performance, perfect for identifying trends or seasonality.

Example Use Cases

  • Track ROAS > 3 for Meta campaigns, recurring weekly

  • Monitor Revenue from Purchase > €10.000 for all paid channels this month

  • Set fixed targets for a product launch campaign in August

Share Your Wins

Target Tracker is great for internal communications:

  • Celebrate hitting campaign goals

  • Share weekly/ monthly improvements

  • Highlight underperforming campaigns that need focus

Targets make performance more visible, also for the rest of your team.
