Do you have an idea for a new feature, improvement, or extension of our product? With Billy’s Brainstorm, you can easily share your suggestions with our product team. This way, your input can be taken into account in the further development of our platform.
Step 1. Open the idea form
Click the Submit Idea button in Billy’s Brainstorm. A pop-up window will appear where you can describe your idea.
Step 2. Describe your idea
In the text field, explain:
What you would like to be able to do.
How this would help you or your team when using Billy Grace.
Be as specific as possible: the clearer your input, the better our product team can evaluate it.
Step 3. Indicate how important this is to you
Select one of the four options to indicate the importance of your idea:
Not important – nice to have, but no priority
Nice-to-have – useful, but not essential
Important – would be really valuable
Critical – essential for your work
Step 4. Enter your email address
Fill in your email address so we can contact you if we have any questions or keep you updated on the status of your idea.
Step 5. Click Submit
After clicking Submit, your idea will be sent directly to our product team.
What happens after you submit your idea?
Our product team regularly reviews submitted ideas.
After reviewing and considering the ideas, they will become visible Under Consideration on the roadmap within Billy’s Brainstorm.
Please note: not every submitted idea will necessarily appear in Billy’s Brainstorm.
