Adcalls offers dynamic call tracking, with the Billy Grace <> Adcalls integration you can track and analyze which media campaigns converted in to a call to your company. The integration will create a new Custom Event which is usable in reports and automations.
Usually companies measure a click on the phone number that is visible on their website and use that to optimize their media campaigns on. With Adcalls you will also track calls that came in because a prospect manually dialed the phone number visible on the website. This integration will track about 30% more calls than just based on clicks on the phone number.
Setting up the integration with Adcalls
To set up the integration with Adcalls, you need to follow the steps below:
In the Adcalls dashboard, go to 'Call Tracking' in the main menu and then select 'Integrations.'
Navigate to the 'Billy Grace' integration and click on the icon.
Enable the toggle for 'Send Conversions.'
(Wait 1 day to complete the rest of the settings in Billy Grace).
Log in to https://app.billygrace.com/ and go to 'Custom Events' under settings.
Click on 'Edit' on the right for the event 'Adcalls_tracked_call.'
Select 'Active' and click on 'Edit Custom Event.'
Verify that the Event is set to 'Active.'
The Adcalls_tracked_call event is now active and selectable in the reports.
