Connect Shopify to Billy Grace for insight in new & returning customers, refunds and a total overview of e-com metrics.

In this guide, we will guide you through the steps to connect your Shopify store to Billy Grace. By connecting Shopify to Billy Grace, you will get insights in additional metrics, calculated by Billy Grace, based on Shopify data:

  • New Customers

  • Returning Customers

  • New Customer Revenue

  • Returning Customer Revenue

  • Customer Lifetime metrics

  • Refunds & return value (refunds are updated retrospectively in revenue metrics and ROAS numbers)

  • Net / Gross sales metrics

  • Total revenue & orders (combined with Pixel data)

In addition, connecting to Shopify enhances tracking accuracy, as Billy Grace has more data to stitch customer journeys to orders from Shopify.

Step 1:

In the registration form, choose E-commerce and Shopify as your e-commerce platform.

By doing so, this will activate the Shopify connection option in integrations.

To complete the synchronization with Shopify, navigate to integrations.

Click on the edit button and fill in your Shopify store URL. After you have done this, click on Authorize to complete the set-up with Shopify.

As a next step, make sure to install the pixel in Shopify customer events.
