What is Quin?

Quin is Billy Grace's AI marketing agent.

Quin connects directly to the data inside Billy Grace and turns that data into clear answers, performance insights, recommended actions and structured analyses.

Instead of navigating dashboards and reports, you can now simply ask questions about performance and receive insights and next steps. Quin analyses campaigns, funnel performance and attribution data to highlight what matters most and suggest what to do next.

💡 Quin also understands the broader context of your business. It scans your website to understand what you do, your positioning, audience and key selling points. This allows Quin to interpret performance data in your business context, not just the numbers.

How Quin works

There are several ways to interact with Quin. You can ask questions, use workflows for deeper analysis and define instructions to feed Quin with more relevant information.

💬 Ask a question

You can ask any question directly. Quin responds with clear explanations, graphs and tables and detected patterns and insights.


Example questions:

  • "Which channel drove the highest ROAS last quarter?"

  • "What patterns do you see in Meta performance over the last 30 days?"

  • "How does this week compare to previous weeks?"


💡 Turn Insights into Actions

Quin goes beyond providing answers. It also suggests follow up questions, recommended actions and priorities based on the analysis, helping you move quickly from insight to action.

Example:

Meta performance declined due to lower CTR in two campaigns. Suggested action: Review creative fatigue and test new creatives.


⚡ Use Workflows for Deeper Analysis

Workflows are structured, step-by-step analyses made by our own in house data scientist. They go deeper than a single question and cover everything from channel performance to ad copy and keywords. Type "/" to open the workflow menu and pick the analysis you need.

You can use an existing workflow or create your own by clicking 'Create Workflow' to match your specific process.

⚙️ Add Instructions

You can add default instructions that Quin will always keep in mind when analysing your data. Click the settings icon to add or edit them.


These instructions give Quin more context about how you operate, which helps generate more relevant insights and recommendations.

Examples:

  • "We frequently change creatives.”

  • “Our business has strong seasonality.”

  • “We are currently focusing on new customer acquisition.”

🔍 Choosing a model

Quin runs on three models. You can switch between them depending on the complexity of your analysis.

Claude Opus 4.6 delivers the deepest analysis. Best for complex questions, multi-channel deep dives and detailed reporting. Uses the most tokens.

Claude Sonnet 4.6 is the balanced option. Strong analytical capability with more efficient token usage. A good default for most day to day analysis.

Claude Haiku 4.5 is the lightest model. Best for quick and straightforward questions where token efficiency matters more than depth.

When you close a chat with Quin, the conversation is saved automatically in your chat history. This means you can always go back to previous questions, answers and follow-ups without starting from scratch.


Giving feedback

You can give feedback on Quin's responses using thumbs up or down buttons. Providing feedback helps Quin improve over time.


Quin works with tokens

Quin works with a token-based system. You receive a number of free tokens to get started and explore the feature. If you need more, additional tokens can be purchased on a monthly or yearly plan.
