Use bookmarks to create personalized dashboards

Introduction

Billy Grace offers Bookmarks that allow marketers to save and quickly switch between personalized dashboard setups. This ensures you always have the right data view at your fingertips, tailored to your specific needs.

You’ll find the bookmark icon at the top of every report and within all tables.

How to Save a Bookmark

  1. Customize your dashboard to your desired setup.

  2. Click the Bookmark icon in the top right corner.

  3. Enter a name for your bookmark.

  4. Click Save, your personalized setup is now bookmarked!


Accessing Bookmarks

Navigate to the section on your dashboard where you have saved the bookmark. There, you'll find a list of all your saved setups. Simply click on the desired bookmark, and your dashboard will instantly reflect that setup.


Managing Bookmarks

To update a Bookmark
Navigate to the Bookmarks section and click on the one you’d like to edit. Make your desired changes to the dashboard. Then, click on Manage Bookmarks, select the bookmark you want to update, and click Update. Your updated bookmark is now saved!

To Delete a Bookmark:
Navigate to the Bookmarks section. Then, click on Manage Bookmarks, select the bookmark you want to delete, and click the red bin button to delete the bookmark.



Returning to Default Setup

Want to go back to the original dashboard layout?

  1. Click the Settings icon on your dashboard.

  2. Select Return to Default.

Your dashboard will revert to the standard layout, but don’t worry, all your saved bookmarks will remain intact.
